Keep the visualizer from covering faces and titles
Adjust visualizer position, size and color to keep cover artwork and track titles visible.
- Identify the face or title to protect, then move the visualizer before resizing it.
- Replay strong sounds to check the full reach of bar tips or circles, not only their paused outline.
- Choose color after placement. Visualizer controls cannot move text or faces embedded in the background.
1. Identify the area that must stay visible
Find the face and track title that viewers need to recognize. Play a strong passage and see where the bar tips or circle overlap them.
Leave space for the moving shape, not only its paused outline. If you have just changed aspect ratio, fix any background cropping first.
2. Move the visualizer, then resize it
Open Adjust → Size & position. Choose an approximate Alignment, fine-tune Position X and Position Y, then reduce Width and Height until stronger movement clears the face and title.
If Bars cover a centered title, try Bottom centre and reduce Height. If Circle covers a centered face, move it into clear space at one side. If neither side has room, choose Line in Setup → Visualizer and place it below the subject.
Use Visualizer to change the shape alone. Quick styles also replace placement and colors, so applying one after fine-tuning requires another check.
3. Choose color after placement
Change Primary color in Adjust → Appearance. Start with a light color on a dark background or a dark color on a light background, then check that it does not blend into the title.
Lower opacity does not remove a physical overlap with a face. If a line disappears into a detailed photograph, try a clearer position before relying on color.
4. Revise artwork when there is no room
If there is no room for the visualizer, follow the steps for adding space to the background.
Export a short MP4 and view it at phone size. The layout is ready when the subject is easy to recognize and strong sounds cause no overlap. If placement is safe but movement remains excessive, adjust Response and Smoothing.
